We have just acquired a very private nine-acre parcel in Windsor, CT and are preparing to construct a new log home on it. It is zoned for agriculture, therefore it is suitable for raising and caring of horses and other live stock. The property is surrounded by over thirty acres of private land so hiking and exploring nature can be your own backyard.
We expect to break ground for the new home early summer of 2009. The home will be about 2200 sq ft consisting of 3 bed and 2 baths. It will have the potential for an additional 700 sq ft of finished basement with a walk out door. It will include a 2 car attatched garage. Another option can be a post and beam barn of any size up to 1500 sq ft.
